ABOUT THE COMPANY
Since 1977 I have rendered an opportunity agency, using the foundation of self, my talent, skill, and participating recreation centers to conduct sessions entailing classes of etiquette, arts, crafts, dance and classes of modeling face, fashion/fortitude. As well as conducting workshops planned to give the community a chance to meet while learning something new, both recreational, and skill oriented. Such as...
A youth program that provides educational enrichment classes, hands on cultural workshops, guest lectures, films and field trips. Three pageant competition's namely The Serio Mother/Daughter, The Serio Father/Son, and The Miss/Mister Serio (for high school students). A variety of fund-raising programs that involve the entire family and in turn provide positive participation in the community.
By networking with teachers, counselors, doctors, lawyers, promoters, producers, commissioners, business owners and a host of others who do not mind sharing their time, information, and expertise. I have many channels to tune into and turn on to change.
It started when I put into action my belief that everyone is a productive asset, as well as an enterprising investment... given the opportunity. To date, where ever I am is community, whomever I meet, they are my neighbors and acting accordingly I share. It empowers me and promotes the drive I have to grow, to learn more about my neighbors, my community, myself, thus further promoting and producing an overall well being of mind, body, spirit, and goal for a better state of direction.
I believe that it is imperative to magnify and maintain a bridge of positive communication to open eyes, doors, and dialect. To distribute information that effectively deals with the issues, such as the positive development of our children and the influence family and community play in this role, homelessness, abuse, unemployment, peer pressure or a broken heart (to list a few). It's all relative because there is a story everyone can tell it renders facts about the how, the why, the when, and the where... hearing the story, when you listen you may then direct the story teller to the people, places, and things that will promote a change, like healing the hurt by bringing about understanding, finding shelter, counseling, treatment centers, instruction as to how to find a job, or simply providing a stage for one to shine.
This has been my passion, my personal and professional objective, as well as my pledge to be an instrument of inspiration, an agency of opportunity, an agent who promotes positive change, change that is undoubtedly serio, in a word... Serious!
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The Serio Productions Company proposes to render the knowledge of, as well as the access to instruments, opportunity, support and the inspiration needed to assist in the development of a strong sense and state of direction.
By way of offering a constructive source of promotion, the Serio Productions Company enables the participant(s) to channel their talent, effort and experience into a productive outlet, one that enhances the presence and power of the participant(s) effort and experience, successfully so.
OUR PLEDGE TO EMPOWER
Working together we shall be able to magnify and maintain a bridge of positive communication, to open eyes, doors, dialect and to distribute information that will enable one to effectively deal with ones issues. Thus, our goal is to be a connecting factor to said information, as well as the experienced ear that listens and hears ones issues, or their ambition and recognizes their attributes, rendering accordingly the ripple effect of “change”
Change that inturn will positively impact ones vision and enable them to see clearly the way to make informed decisions, designs and/or declarations, all of which delivers growth to our positive state of direction, our community our contribution to our world.
